Charlie has operated as a senior executive in both private and public companies across the world. Starting his career in large scale events he served as a concert promoter and event producer with such clients as Pink Floyd, Pavarotti, Phil Collins and Fleetwood Mac, as well as the UK government of Margaret Thatcher.
He was sponsored to the US by CHER managing music and commercial activities and helped produce Cher's beauty product informercials which transformed the industry. Moving into film funding and distribution, he co-founded Promenade Pictures, www.promenadepictures.com, with Frank Yablans, former head of both Paramount Pictures and MGM.
His Humanitarian activities sees Charlie as the former executive director of The Mineseeker Foundation & Sole of Africa Campaign, www.thesoleofafrica.org, with the mission to eliminate land mines throughout Africa and empower its peoples.
